This month, we’re thrilled to welcome back Harley & Jill Ethelbah of Jean C Family Fisheries—bringing bold flavor and deep tradition to Gate 5 during Bellingham Dockside Market.

Harley & Jill will be preparing what they call “the best fish you never tried”—their signature “Burn the Hell Out of It” black cod, served sizzling with sautéed veggies and rice. More than just a recipe, it’s a celebration of local culinary roots, seafood sustainability, and seriously delicious eating.
