Guests will enjoy curated tastings including oyster stew, mussel green curry, sushi bites, grilled and raw oysters, alongside two glasses of wine and local beer tastings. At the raw bar, you’ll sample oysters from five different local shellfish farms—each with its own distinct flavor profile shaped by the waters they’re grown in.
Along the way, meet the farmers behind the shellfish, learn about local aquaculture, and experience the connection between clean water, sustainable seafood, and thriving coastal communities.
This is a fundraiser for Bellingham SeaFeast, a 501(c)(3) arts and culture nonprofit dedicated to building community around the working waterfront, sustainable seafood, maritime culture, and ocean conservation. We strive to provide free and low-cost programming that connects people to our shared vision of clean water, healthy marine ecosystems, and a thriving working waterfront—for a Pacific Northwest where we can all enjoy the bounty of the ocean.
